Key Responsibilities:

• For Managers:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team to exceed performance targets and deliver an exceptional Burberry client journey.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of performance, development, and collaboration within your team.
• For Client Advisors:
  • Provide personalized and engaging shopping experiences for each client, reflecting Burberry’s values and heritage.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
  • Stay informed about Burberry collections to offer styling advice and product knowledge.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while supporting the overall store goals.

About You:

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven experience in luxury retail, whether in leadership or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• An understanding of luxury clientele in Kuwait and the surrounding region.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
