JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our garment manufacturing facilities. This role involves managing essential services, equipment, and processes, creating a safe and efficient environment for our teams. You will be at the heart of site development projects, coordinating contracts, and leading diverse teams to success. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional support and visibility of WPS and safety management to the Senior Manager.
  • Create and maintain WPS SOPs and KPIs, and produce reports as required.
  • Raise purchase orders and resolve payment issues for goods and services.
  • Lead and develop Sustainability Champions with a clear delivery plan.
  • Implement and maintain maintenance, servicing, and inspection schedules across WPS disciplines.
  • Ensure risk assessments, certifications, and documentation are maintained and effective.
  • Coordinate and evaluate the work of staff and contractors to ensure safety and satisfactory completion.
  • Manage cost quotations for goods and services, ensuring value for money.

 

 

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills for leading change initiatives.
  • Experience coaching others to achieve sustained improvements.
  • Advocate of lean methodologies (e.g. structured problem solving, VSM, SMED, 5S, Kanban).
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ideally a member of BIFM/IWFM with 5+ years of facilities management experience.
  • Level 3 BIFM or Level 2 IWFM, with a willingness to pursue further education (Level 4 BIFM or Level 3 IWFM).
