JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Store Manager to lead our Heathrow Airport retail operation across all terminals, overseeing a dynamic team of approximately 35-40 employees supported by an Assistant Store Manager. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving commercial performance and ensuring operational excellence across a complex, fast-paced travel retail environment. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will inspire your teams to bring our values, heritage and innovative spirit to life for customers from around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coach and develop a multi-site team across Heathrow terminals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and exceptional service.
Drive commercial performance by identifying opportunities to maximise sales, client engagement and business growth.
Partner with the Assistant Store Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent standards and effective execution across all locations.
Create an elevated luxury experience that reflects Burberry’s brand values and builds lasting customer relationships.
Oversee operational excellence, including workforce planning, stock management, compliance and health and safety standards.
Recruit, develop and retain top talent, building a diverse and inclusive team capable of delivering outstanding results.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Proven experience leading large, multi-site or high-volume retail teams within premium or luxury environment
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop individuals and teams.
Commercially minded with experience driving sales performance and operational effectiveness.
Confident managing multiple priorities and delivering results within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating an inclusive team culture.
