JOB PURPOSE

 

As a Client Advisor, you are the face of Burberry, a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional, personalised experiences that inspire loyalty and reflect the heritage and innovation of the house. With a deep passion for fashion and styling, you build lasting relationships with clients, creating moments of connection that drive both emotional engagement and commercial success.

Reporting to store management, you’ll elevate every client interaction by blending storytelling, product expertise, and personal service, all while contributing to a high-performance team culture and upholding the standards of luxury retail excellence.


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Be the Storyteller of Burberry – Service & Sales.
