JOB PURPOSE
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible to lead the sales team in achieving store target & KPIs meanwhile provide support to Store Manager in maintaining smooth daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Store Manager to oversee the daily store operations
- Perform individual target as well as lead the team to achieve the store target
- Provide training, coaching and performance feedback to the team
- Develop long-term relations with client, responsible for the CRM events and provide excellent service experience to client
- Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management
PERSONAL PROFILE
- 5 years solid sales experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level, preferably in luxury retail industry
- Strong computer skills (MS Office) and with experience in preparing sales reports
- With open-minded and energetic personality, good communication and people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
