Establish customer-centric operational excellence across the region, delivering appropriate solutions that befit a luxury brand. Lead the Retail Standards & Operations (RS&O) population across the region, ensuring they are equipped with knowledge and skills to effectively perform their jobs.



  • Manage the implementation of key initiatives (e.g. TCE), in conjunction with partners, particularly the global RS&O and Retail Excellence teams, RS&O leads in other regions and the General Managers of each of South Asia Pacific’s sub-regions.

  • Oversee the Regional Retail Roadmap ensuring activities and initiatives are planned and delivered at the right time for retail and are customer centric.

  • Identify poor user adoption of system and processes and take steps with local RS&O, and the General Managers to drive improvement.

  • Co-ordinate with all functions particularly Architecture, Construction, Business Development, Facilities, local Retail and Merchandising on all store development projects.

  • Co-ordinate with key functions, including third parties where appropriate to organise and manage employee events such as staff sales.

  • Support client activations and in store events with Client Engagement, Events and Marketing.

  • Oversee all regional BAU operations, continuously raising operational standards to ensure they are appropriate for a luxury brand and ensure business continuity and compliance e.g. BOH efficiency to drive FOH excellence.

  • Collaborate with key support functions such as IT, Facilities, Health and Safety and APP to ensure the store operates effectively and efficiently.

  • Provide clear and concise messaging, coaching and development of Local Retail Standards and Operations team in each country within the South Asia region.

  • Manage costs in line with budget/forecast.

  • Partner with central Retail Standards and Operations and all the departments in the region to ensure communications to retail are always relevant to stores needs and tailored for South Asia.

  • Distribute the Retail Update, 360 Packs and other retail information to support key moments (e.g. Runway Launch) on a timely basis.

  • Co-ordinate with central and local teams as necessary to forecast, order and deliver staff uniform and packaging in line with guidelines.




  • Experience of leading and managing retail operations
  • Luxury retail or service industry experience
  • Understanding of retail systems
  • Coaching experience advantageous
  • Microsoft Office literate
