Assist and support Account Manager in selling and developing our wholesale business across all product categories (Women’s / Men’s/ Accessories / Childrenswear), while ensuring all activities are brand enhancing and in line with the brand priorities.


  • Monitor sales and sell through across travel retail and wholesale doors.
  • Update weekly sales report, shipment report and seasonal price list.
  • Analyze sell-in, sell-out and stock on hand performance.
  • Support selling activities during market following Global Buy and Key Merchandising Strategy to drive qualitative and quantitative sales.
  • Manage the whole order process from seasonal market sales campaign to delivery.
  • Liaise with partners and internal teams for post-market activities and delivery tracking.
  • Coordinate all store operational activities to be correctly implemented.


  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Product knowledge
  • Analysis and reporting
  • Client relationship management
  • Customer orders accuracy
  • Strong organizational skill
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Minimum of 3 years in fashion brand
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player
