Responsibility Programme Assistant

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Corporate Responsibility team. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to drive ethical trade initiatives across the region. This role will play a key part in strengthening compliance frameworks, streamlining processes, and supporting ESG reporting to ensure alignment with our corporate responsibility commitments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate supplier database and provide administrative support to the APAC Corporate Responsibility team.
- Coordinate ethical trade audits across APAC suppliers, assist with risk assessments and enhance compliance processes.
- Manage travel logistics for team members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Optimize internal practices for auditing, invoicing, communication, and reporting through automation.
- Monitor suppliers’ onboarding and drive adoption of cloud-based compliance platform to improve efficiency.
- Consolidate ESG data and support timely and accurate sustainability reporting commitments.
- Monitor grievance mechanisms, prepare reports, and ensure timely supplier responses.
- Liaise with NGOs and charities to facilitate community and volunteering activities.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience in administration and/or CSR field.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience in VBA is a plus.
- Awareness of regional labor and cultural issues in Asia.
- Based in Hong Kong, fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements is desirable.
- Personal commitment to volunteering, social justice and environmental protection.
