JOB PURPOSE

Be the strategic and trusted business partner for the South Asia Pacific regional business, through management and co-ordination of all IT service and delivery activities. Ensure quality IT service through liaising with the Global IT Infrastructure & Services, Retail IT and Commercial IT Teams.Be the strategic and trusted business partner for the South Asia Pacific regional business, through management and co-ordination of all IT service and delivery activities. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • IT Regional Leadership & Business Partnership
      • Achieve, ongoing and proactive interaction with regional business leads and users
      • Influence global IT strategy and delivery roadmap align with South Asia Pacific’s business objectives and growth strategy.
      • Build a relation with the regional Retail team and key stakeholders, share up-to-date IT plan/information, capture business or functional difficulties and find potential further improvement opportunities.
      • Provide consistent communication with various IT functions to sense new and existing business opportunities and projects.
      • Collaborate with group IT, exploring cross-functional opportunities for leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, customer experience.
  • IT Service / Operation Management
      • Overseeing IT service provider’s management that includes various in-house or 3rd party vendor service review, assessments, and audit for short/long term improvement plan and execution.
      • Measure and monitor all BAU IT services to ensure seamless business running that is achieved by SLA, availability, service quality management.
      • A single point of escalation contact for service degradation and problem management to find root cause investigation or avoid repeating cases for business and retail users.

  • IT Portfolio Management
      • Considering regional uniqueness, develop best project deployment methodology and reflect optimized budget, deduplicated effort and save time for IT project / solutions providers.
      • Collaborate with Group IT, securely implement central-driven IT transformation programs and projects within the region. Moreover, manage regional IT / store project budgets including running forecasts.
      • Supervise retail store projects: annual avg. 10+ new/renew/relocation, pop-ups or events.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Over six years of experience in information technology, business operation and/or functional relationship management within a consumer-driven or related industry.
  • At least three years of managing people and third party vendors.
  • Outstanding service knowledge with the ability to achieve high levels of business satisfaction.
  • Extensive experience in IT management, retail industry advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Financial acumen, budget and PO management.
