JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Store Manager to lead our Leccio outlet and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience for both customers and colleagues. This role is responsible for driving commercial performance, cultivating a high-performing team, and bringing the Burberry brand vision to life every day. Working at the intersection of people, product, and client experience, you will create an inspiring environment where creativity, service excellence, and operational standards thrive. Your leadership will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and supporting Burberry's continued success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Drive sales performance and commercial excellence through effective planning, coaching, and business analysis.
Create a client-focused culture that builds long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty.
Ensure the store consistently delivers Burberry standards across service, visual presentation, and operations.
Manage store resources effectively, including scheduling, inventory, and operational processes.
Collaborate with regional and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and support business growth.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Proven leadership experience within luxury retail, premium retail, or a customer-focused environment.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret performance data and drive results.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building meaningful client relationships.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
