JOB PURPOSE
As a Quality Assistant Leathergoods you will report and monitor data to support quality KPIs, participate to the testing processes for raw materials, semi-finished items and finished goods, support the wider Quality team in quality processes and problem solving and implement policies and procedures across the LG Business Unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and ensure quality data are well collected and mantained;
- Recording and analysing statistical information;
- Report and comment on quality KPIs daily, weekly, monthly and by season;
- Testing processes: ensure specimens are tested in a timely manner by participating actively to the process (what to test, raising ETRF, clarifying test packages, followin ssample making, interacting with accredited lab houses and reviewing and sharing results);
- Analyze materials and products test results to provide information on product risks and non-compliances;
- Mantain data in quality trackers to assess and anticipate any risk;
- Participate in technical and handover meetings;
- Participate to Corrective Action Plans and quality issue resolutions;
- Support in writing technical reports;
- Support projects within the wider Quality function.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Degree in product or materials technologies, quality or engineering;
- Previous experience in quality management, manufacturing or engineering;
- Excellent skills in Excel, Power BI and Pack office;
- Proficient in English and Italian;
- Knowledge of PDM;
- LG product knowledge would be a plus;
