We are hiring a Department Manager to join our team at Leccio – The Mall Outlet, joining a strong team of approximately 50 people. In this role, you will partner closely with the ASM, Store Manager and Department Manager/Supervisors to drive category performance while creating an environment where teams can thrive and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will play a key role in translating commercial goals into daily action, coaching your team in real time and embedding the Burberry Experience and Behaviours across the store. This is a high-impact leadership role where people, performance and service excellence are closely connected.

  • Partner with the Store Manager to drive category performance and contribute to overall store success
  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of around 50 colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the shop floor to elevate individual and team capability
  • Deliver a consistently elevated and personalised client experience in line with Burberry standards
  • Monitor trading performance and adjust priorities to meet and exceed sales and service goals
  • Uphold excellence across visual merchandising, operations and team engagement

  • Experience in a retail leadership role, ideally within luxury or premium environments
  • Proven ability to lead larger teams and create an inclusive, motivating team culture
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on delivering results through people
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and with clients
  • Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine passion for luxury retail, client experience and craftsmanship
