JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to join Burberry within the Brown Thomas department store on a part‑time basis, working 16 hours per week across two flexible days, including weekends. This role plays a meaningful part in delivering an elevated, personalised service that reflects Burberry’s heritage, creativity and commitment to craft. As a Client Advisor, you will build lasting relationships with customers while representing the brand with confidence, warmth and integrity. Through your contribution, Burberry continues to create inspiring experiences at every touchpoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a personalised and engaging customer experience that brings Burberry’s brand story and collections to life.
  • Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through thoughtful service and follow‑up.
  • Confidently present product knowledge, styling advice and craftsmanship to support customer decision‑making.
  • Support store standards, visual presentation and operational excellence within the department store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive and high‑performing team culture.
  • Represent Burberry’s values, behaviours and commitment to responsible luxury at all times.
