JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an exceptional leader to take the helm of our flagship store in Dubai Mall, one of the most prestigious luxury destinations in the world. As Store Director, you will be the driving force behind a world-class team, delivering outstanding results across sales, client experience, and operational excellence while embodying the spirit and values of our brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead & Inspire: Motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous growth. Identify and nurture talent, supporting career progression and succession planning within the business.

Elevate Client Experience: Champion a personalised, memorable luxury journey for every client, building lasting relationships and turning first-time shoppers into lifelong brand advocates. Ensure every interaction reflects our values and exceeds expectations.

Drive Commercial Success: Own the store’s P&L, managing sales, profitability, and KPIs to achieve and surpass targets. Analyse performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategic actions to maximise revenue.

Brand & Visual Excellence: Ensure the store’s presentation, visual merchandising, and operational execution reflect the brand’s identity and seasonal campaigns flawlessly. Act as a true brand ambassador in every aspect of the store experience.

Operational Leadership: Maintain the highest standards of operational efficiency, stock integrity, health and safety, and compliance with brand policies and legal requirements. Lead initiatives in inventory management, loss prevention, and process optimisation.

Market & Industry Awareness: Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and client expectations to ensure the store maintains its position as a market leader. Collaborate with regional and global teams on initiatives, events, and clienteling strategies.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Significant experience in a senior retail management role, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Proven track record of leading large teams in a high-profile store environment with strong commercial results.
- Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and the art of clienteling.
- Financial acumen and experience managing a store P&L.
- Inspiring leadership style with excellent communication and people development skills.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep passion for fashion, luxury, and delivering an exceptional client experience
