JOB PURPOSE
As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of Level Shoes’ new store in Dubai Mall, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience to every client. Your mission is to inspire and engage customers through personalised service, deep product knowledge, and a passion for fashion. You will build lasting relationships, anticipate client needs, and create memorable moments that reflect the unique spirit of Level Shoes. This role is not just about selling, it’s about storytelling, elevating the customer journey, and being part of an exciting new chapter in luxury retail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
SERVICE AND SALES
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, as well as other key commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through compelling storytelling and genuine passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and loyalty with every interaction.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by demonstrating expert knowledge of products, fashion trends, and styling.
- Guide clients through the full journey: make a strong first impression, uncover their needs, provide tailored product and styling advice, and close the sale while building lasting relationships.
- Ensure efficient follow-up and deliver outstanding after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Support daily store operations by upholding luxury standards in both front and back of house, including product presentation, replenishment, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom organisation when required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining visual standards in line with Burberry guidelines.
- Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through personalised service and trust.
- Work by appointment to deliver bespoke experiences that foster loyalty and drive incremental sales.
- Proactively capture new luxury clients to grow both individual and store client books, with a strong commercial focus.
- Drive client retention by maintaining regular contact, following up on purchases and requests, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- A proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in Clientelling
- A strong interest in fashion, art and culture
- Strong product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operations
- Understanding of competitor products
- Experience in working as part of a team
- Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable
- Other language knowledge is desirable
- Demonstrates Confidence, Curiosity, Conviction, and Care

- Energetic, Pro-active and self-motivated
