JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our team at Burberry Dubai Mall. In this role, you will create meaningful and lasting relationships with clients, delivering a personalised luxury experience that reflects the craftsmanship, creativity and heritage of the Burberry brand. As a key ambassador for Burberry, you will combine exceptional client engagement with commercial awareness to drive sales performance and customer loyalty. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury retail, fashion and creating memorable client experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, creating a personalised and elevated shopping experience.
Achieve individual and team sales goals through expert product knowledge, styling advice and client engagement.
Cultivate a loyal client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship building.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Burberry products, collections and brand storytelling.
Collaborate with the wider store team to deliver operational excellence and maintain luxury retail standards.
Contribute to an inclusive and welcoming store environment that reflects Burberry’s values and commitment to service excellence.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a diverse client base.
Passion for fashion, luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Commercially aware with confidence in achieving sales and service objectives.
Alongside Arabic/English languages, additional language skills such as Russian or Mandarin would be advantageous
