JOB PURPOSE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong, long‑term client relationships through personalised and engaging service.
- Inspire clients by confidently sharing Burberry’s heritage, products and styling expertise.
- Drive individual and store performance through a commercial and client‑first mindset.
- Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge to support styling, storytelling and selling.
- Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation and professionalism.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to support team and store success.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Experience delivering premium customer service within retail, hospitality or a service‑led environment.
- A genuine passion for fashion, luxury and creating memorable client experiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse client base.
- Confident in styling, selling and advising clients in a considered and authentic way.
- Commercially aware, proactive and motivated to contribute to shared goals.
- Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work a part‑time retail rota.
