JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Store Operations Supervisor to join our team in La Roca on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Reporting into the store leadership team, you will lead a team of two colleagues while ensuring operational excellence across the store. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional employee and customer experience through strong leadership, effective execution and a continuous focus on service and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coach and support a team of two, fostering an inclusive and high-performing store environment.
Champion the employee experience by driving engagement, development and positive team behaviours.
Deliver a seamless customer journey by ensuring operational excellence and a consistently elevated service experience.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring processes, standards and compliance requirements are executed effectively.
Support commercial performance by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service delivery.
Collaborate with store leadership to drive business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the La Roca store.

Previous experience in a retail store operations, supervisory or team leadership role.
