JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our La Roca Outlet team on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract, with the potential to extend. This role plays a key part in delivering Burberry’s retail‑led growth by creating meaningful, elevated experiences for every customer. You will represent the Burberry brand with confidence and care, contributing to individual and store performance through client development, product knowledge and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver an exceptional Burberry Experience across all customer interactions, consistently reflecting the brand’s values and standards.
Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through a customer‑focused and commercial mindset.
Develop new customer relationships while nurturing and growing an existing client base.
Confidently present and sell across all product categories, supporting department and category development.
Execute key retail strategies that support franchise growth and commercial performance.
Maintain high standards of operational excellence, supporting the smooth running of the store.
