JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to join Burberry at de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam, one of Europe’s most iconic luxury department stores. In this role, you will bring Burberry’s heritage, craft and creativity to life through personalised client experiences that build long‑term relationships and loyalty. You will play a key role in delivering commercial success while supporting the smooth and efficient running of the store.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Deliver a consistently elevated and personalised customer experience that reflects Burberry’s brand values and standards.
  • Build meaningful client relationships by understanding individual needs, offering expert product knowledge and thoughtful styling solutions.
  • Drive sales performance by confidently developing each interaction, overcoming objections and introducing complementary products where appropriate.
  • Contribute to clienteling activity by capturing client data, maintaining a strong client book and ensuring after‑sales commitments are met.
  • Support visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping to maintain the highest retail standards within the store.
  • Partner closely with the Store Management team at de Bijenkorf to support daily operations, promotional activity and a collaborative team environment.

  • Comfortable using point‑of‑sale and stock management systems as part of daily work.
  • A collaborative team player who is open to learning, feedback and continuous development.
