The Burberry Foundation

We are immensely proud of the Burberry Foundation, an independent charity, that partners with leading organisations to promote the STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and maths) agenda and address educational inequality.  By broadening access to creative career opportunities, our aim is to contribute to making the fashion industry more diverse and inclusive.

We encourage our global teams to pursue volunteering opportunities, which are enriching both for our people  and the communities connected with Burberry. All employees are entitled to take up to 3 working days per year to dedicate to volunteering, in addition to other leave entitlement. You can volunteer as a team or an individual to help a charity of your choice.
