- Experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing environments within a premium or service-led setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
- A genuine interest in fashion, luxury products and client experience.
- Confidence in styling and selling, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider team success.
