JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our team at Printemps on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is at the heart of creating exceptional customer experiences, building meaningful relationships with new and existing clients while bringing the Burberry brand to life through personalised service and expert product knowledge.

As a Client Advisor, you will inspire confidence in our customers through thoughtful styling advice, genuine client engagement, and a passion for luxury fashion. Working closely with store leadership, you will contribute to commercial success while delivering the elevated service standards that define Burberry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver a personalised and memorable client experience that reflects Burberry’s luxury service standards.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Provide expert styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals through exceptional client engagement.
Maintain a strong understanding of Burberry collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
Collaborate with colleagues and store management to support a positive, high-performing store environment.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Experience delivering exceptional customer service within a luxury or high end customer experienced-focused environment.
Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for creating meaningful client connections.
Confidence in providing styling guidance and presenting products in an engaging and authentic way.
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that enhance the client experience and business performance.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
A passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and delivering service excellence in a luxury retail environment.
Available to start with short notice and for 6 month CDD initially
