JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring a Department Manager to lead a customer-facing team at Burberry La Roca Village. In this role, you will take ownership of your department’s performance, people development and daily standards, ensuring every client interaction reflects Burberry’s craft, heritage and modern luxury mindset. You will create an environment where teams feel supported, clients feel valued and commercial goals are delivered with confidence. Through thoughtful leadership and a strong service culture, you will play a key role in shaping a consistently elevated in-store experience at Burberry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire a high-performing department team to deliver an exceptional, consistent Burberry client experience.
- Coach, develop and provide regular feedback to build capability, confidence and engagement across the team.
- Plan and manage department schedules to align with trading patterns and customer demand.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support product, service and trading priorities.
- Develop meaningful client relationships and embed effective clienteling practices to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
- Maintain impeccable visual standards, merchandising execution and housekeeping across the department.

- A people-focused leader with proven experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong customer mindset, with the ability to role-model and sustain high service standards.
- Commercially aware, with confidence translating business priorities into clear actions on the shop floor.
- Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Confident using retail systems and digital tools to support daily operations.
- Relevant leadership experience within a high-volume store or concession environment, ideally aligned to your product category.
