[BURBERRY] Communications Assistant Manager
Position Overview
The Communications Assistant Manager will support the planning and execution of integrated communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and desirability in Burberry Korea. This role involves close collaboration with HQ, media partners, influencers, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand storytelling aligned with global communication guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Responsibilities
Press Relations
•    Support the development and execution of local PR strategies in line with global direction.
•    Manage daily press inquiries and ensure accurate and timely responses.
•    Draft, localize, and distribute press releases and media materials.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion editors, journalists, and key media stakeholders.
•    Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and prepare regular PR reports.
•    Closely work with showroom to monitor press gifts and sample orders
•    Monitor competitors’ PR activities and propose new ideas for social and editorial coverage
Celebrity Management
•    Identify and onboard new talent aligned with the brand’s vision and objectives.
•    Oversee ambassador/friends activations.
•    Coordinate logistics for celebrity participation in event.
•    Develop and execute strategic seeding plans for celebrities, ensuring the exposure of the key seasonal product placements.
Influencer, KOL, and Stylist Relations
•    Create and maintain a comprehensive influencer mapping list.
•    Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, socialites, and stylists.
•    Plan and execute impactful seeding campaigns for key product launches.
•    Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark celebrity and influencer collaborations.
•    Ensure daily communication and smooth collaboration with agencies and stylists.
•    Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of trips and events.
•    Provide administrative support, including managing purchase orders (POs), payments, and seeding logistics.
•    Prepare and draft reports on influencer activities and exposure results.
Experience
•    Assist in planning and executing MKT lead event to create brand experience.
•    Pursue brand elevation by delivering high-quality creative & execution standard.
•    Devise innovative and new experience.
•    Keep a sharp eye on new trend, competitors’ activities and up-and coming cultural experience.
•    Align with key stakeholders in head quarter and local business functions.
•    Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure flawless execution of events.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Requirements
•    7-8yrs+ experience of PR/VIP
•    Fluent in English
•    Luxury brand experience preferred
•    Market knowledge (exposed) of content production & creation
•    Develop elevated brand experience that responds to global brand strategy and local market’s need
•    Strong network with fashion and digital/social media and influencers 
•    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
