Job Accountabilities:

  1. Assist to develop the business development strategy in the region that individual is responsible for, identify all business development opportunities in strategic cities of the region & map out the opportunities to present to Corporate Management
  2. Deliver the business development programme for the Region as set by the company
  3. Shape & prepare business development project reports to be presented to Corporate Management & for CapEx approval process.
  4. Achieve commercially acceptable terms in negotiations to agreed standards that are approved by Corporate Management
  5. Ensure standards to acquire business development projects meet the Corporate Legal, Property, Financial, & other Governances
  6. Coordinate with the design team so that the project is properly developed & with the construction team to ensure proper handover of property premises & development of site to meet business development programme.
  7. Work with external parties & cross-function internally to deliver the proper planning & business licensing for store development
  8. Maintain the existing corporate or lease agreements so that renewal or termination process are properly looked after.
  9. Promote the Corporate Brand that complies with the Company Policy & Culture within the property industry.
  10. To collect market intelligence relates to the business development
  11. To assist to manage the existing store maintenance issues.
  12. To assist other ad-hoc issues assigned by Management that relates to the business development function.


Skills & Experience Required:

  1. 5+ years property experience with proven expertise in site identifying, assessment of opportunity. preparation of capex, assessment of project risks, assessment of planning & licensing requirements, contract negotiation, cross-function coordination of property property development ,& delivery of business development programme.
  2. Experience of effective team working across multi-functional departments.
  3. Effective communication skills in influencing at all levels to deliver results.
  4. Retail related background and good network with luxury brands are a plus.
