Raw Materials Administrator

JOB PURPOSE

This position will support the Raw Materials Procurement team with administration for their respective department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accounting support to the Raw Materials Procurement Operations coordinator 
  • PO sampling support: raise, increase and decrease as required
  • Invoices from suppliers:  review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, ensuring they are aligned with PO and guidelines provided
  • Call off: raising invoices to vendors/clients in timely manner
  • Support in resolving billing discrepancies with vendors or internal departments
  • Maintain organised records of invoices and update designed tracker accordingly
  • Assist with half-yearly and yearly financials closure processes
  • Support with commercial shipping documents when required
  • Daily interaction with our Internal Warehouse (Codetex): inbound & outbound movements and stock management

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with large volumes of data entry, ensuring complete detail and accuracy
  • Speed in data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative and solution orientated 
  • Good communication skills, able to effectively share information with the team in a clear, concise way
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Computer skills: excel, SAP and/or PLM experience (desired but not essential)
