Product Coordinator, Community & Influence

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community & Influence, this role is responsible for effectively managing the end-to-end process of the Community and Influence Product Orders. The role will support the Senior Manager, Community & Influence with the team’s global product strategy ensuring alignment of influencer product requests against Burberry’s seasonal marketing calendar & product focuses. The role will be responsible for placing all Global Influence product orders and supporting with product send-outs to regions ensuring product is delivered for launches in a timely manner.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Senior Manager, Community & Influence with the global Community & Influence product strategy ensuring alignment of global product requests against Burberry’s seasonal marketing calendar & product focuses.  

• Work closely with Product marketing, merchandising & order management with the end to end process of placing a product order inclusive of creating product order templates , collating regional orders and ensuring the correct product is ordered for influencer activations in a timely manner

• Manage placement of all product orders briefing regional teams on key product, order submission deadlines and flagging product delivery timelines.  

• Ensure all global and regional Influencer & Community teams are updated on the product that they will be receiving by creating a product overview tracker per region for each campaign and overseeing & supporting the team assistant to ensure all product movements and tracking details are recorded in this tracker.

• Responsible for overseeing the Product Assistant, Community & Influence and supporting them with shipping all global influence and community orders out to regions  

• Point person for any Influencer & community product order queries

• Support the team with administrative duties and ad hoc assistance 

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Highly organised and able to operate within a fast-paced environment.  

• Good Excel, Powerpoint and Key note skills.  

• Previous experience in sample management and shipping/product send-outs  

• Previous experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization  

• Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a context of ambiguity and change.

• Hands on approach.

• Problem-solver and strong attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships. 

 

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Ensuring all product orders are placed and delivered on time

• Ensuring global alignment with cross functional teams on Influencer product strategy

• Ensuring relevant teams including the global and regional influence and community teams are kept updated on the status of all product deliveries

• Accurate tracking and monitoring of all Influence and Community product.
