The PLM Implementation Assistant is responsible for supporting one or more business functions through the implementation of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) project.

The PLM Implementation Assistant assists in delivering a clear integrated business vision for changes required

and through realisation through training, support, and communication elements of the change management programme.


  • Preparation for and delivery of business end user training
  • Support of business users post go-live through escalation of technical issues and resolution of process issues raised in live support venues
  • Creation of business user resources including, but not limited to, process maps, quick reference cards, video tutorials
  • Maintain business resource portal
  • Delivery of post-go live support communication


Product development experience within fashion, footwear, accessories and/or luxury


Experience with PLM solutions specifically in an apparel environment, ideally combining development /project experience and hands on experience as a business user.

Experience in providing end user support

Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude.

Strong team player with ability to build credibility and relationships.

Thrives in a project environment and effectively executes against plans

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to find ways of solving or preempting problems.
