Go to Market Coordinator

Job Purpose:

This role will play a crucial part in supporting to drive client strategic initiatives, assisting in the development and execution of key projects that contribute to the overall Client strategic goals. The position requires seamless collaboration and communication with various functions, departments and regional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver tangible results. This role serves as a key link between the regional and central Client teams in delivering on the key client roadmap and initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support and contribute to key projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with central strategy and goals
  • Coordinate project activities, including capturing meeting minutes, distributing follow-up actions, maintaining an action tracker, and following up with teams on deliverables and updates on the progress
  • Prepare and coordinate project presentation decks, ensuring clear and concise communication of project objectives, progress and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and client initiatives, acting as a liaison between different stakeholders and Global client community
  • Coordinate and manage the process for Client VIP orders in partnership with Supply Chain, Regional Client engagement teams
  • Coordinate Sample requirements, order and delivery process with Supply Chain strategy, product development and regional client engagement teams. Prepare summaries and share results with relevant stakeholders on CE sample investment by product categories and regions
  • Prepare agenda and support to run regional client development meetings, monitor the delivery progress against the roadmap, share follow up notes and coordinate required actions with central and regional teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Professional experience in project coordination
  • Commercially minded with endless enthusiasm, drive to learn and excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare clear and compelling Power Point presentations and reports
  • Excel and Power point skills 
  • Highly organized, inquisitive and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Pro-active and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable to work in fast paced, dynamic environment 
  • Ideal candidate with Fashion/Luxury/Retail experience
