JOB PURPOSE

To support the 3rd Party digital trading manager in driving sales performance on all global Burberry online concession sites and executing the digital product strategy for concessions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Product reporting and analysis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) on third party concessions to understand customer’s needs across each concession & identify trade patterns and growth opportunities. 
  • Liaise with external partners, analyse trade reports and join weekly/monthly trading calls. 
  • Weekly Monitor concessions VM, ensuring consistency with guidelines. Suggest opportunities based on commercial analysis. 
  • Conducting weekly competitor analysis 
  • Lead Post market buy consolidation across regions and wholesale, and analyse to identify partner specific opportunities for growth.     
  • Produce and present seasonal direction, product knowledge, product drivers and upcoming marketing activations to partners. 
  • Assortment management of each concession, partnering with Digital Merchandising to align on the strategy each season, assisting merchandising analysis and producing buy hindsight to support in market. 
  • Track product deliveries and working with partners to ensure products are launched promptly and in line with Burberry digital. 
  • Lead in marketing activations – collating and sending out seasonal campaign assets to partners and assisting in securing and co-ordinating PR sample requests. 
  • Ad hoc reporting as needed. 

PERSONAL PROFILE

 

  • Previous buying and merchandising experience preferred. 
  • Previous Third Party digital or trading experience ideal. 
  • Accuracy, great attention to detail 
  • Analytical, good numerical skills  
  • Strong Excel & Powerpoint skills 
  • Good communication skills and teamwork 
  • Experience of managing positive internal and external relationships to support and grow trade across partner sites.
