Burberry are currently looking for an experienced Head of Production to cover a 6 month period of maternity leave. We'll be looking for someone with a history of success in similar positions who will be able to take to the role quickly, without any interruption in the day-to-day running of our Production team.

The Role:

  • Head up and oversee the day to day management of the in-house Production team (integrated content)
    • Including shaping, planning and unlocking all production activities, resourcing projects, team workflow, team development and performance.
    • Collaborating with senior management


  • Oversee all content budgets
    • Including planning and managing overall production budgets, strategic allocation of both funding and efficiencies through new and innovative production methods/ways of working.


  • Oversee all production related talent and usage 
    • Negotiate high level talent contracts 
    • Oversee and track usage on all productions (photographer/talent and archive)


  • Produce Level 1 Productions (where applicable)

Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience in production management with substantial knowledge and technical understanding of producing fully integrated end-to-end content across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent business and finance skills.
  • Substantial experience in leading medium-sized, diverse teams in a fast paced, multi platform environment.  
  • Strong leadership, organisation and advanced influencing skills
