  • Facility Management of Burberry flagship building.
  • Manage office housekeeper
  • Administration support for office and stores
  • Office – Fruit and snack for employees, corporate insurance, printing materials(name card, envelope) and stationeries.
  • Stores – Packaging, uniform shoes, water, customer beverage, printing materials(name card, global prints), stationeries and store equipment  
  • Responsible for Health & Safety for office and stores 
  • Global H&S audit follow up, monitoring Rivo checklists, cascade H&S training materials and accident follow up    
  • Provide Cleaning, Repair & Maintenance and alterations for office & stores (Interior, lighting, HAVC etc.) 
  • Event/VM support by moving fixtures at stores 
  • Store open/closing support 
  • Conduct monthly NSP PO/ annual frame work PO (retail/ facilities expense)
  • OPEX budget planning and monitor progress
  • Vendor management
  • Communication with retail & office staff
  • Energy usage of standalone stores every quarter with regional sustainability team



Diploma holder in retail or related disciplines

  • Good command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Power point
  • Knowledge of facilities (preferred) 
  • Strong administration skills & communication skill with others
  • Love of fashion and passion for retail
  • Hard working and pro-active with meticulous personality 
  • Positive, professional, eager and energetic attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have passion for attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
