Through your passion for service excellence and hospitality, you will be the first point of contact and the ultimate brand ambassador to all store guests. Working closely with our Store Management team as well as Thomas’s Cafe you will fully understand and be able to lead on the Burberry store experience.

Your knowledge, as well as your effective communication and presentation skills, will allow you to deliver Store Tours and give guidance to all clients in a confident and articulate manner.  

You will be a positive, self-motivated and driven member of the team, who understands the importance of facilitating the customer journey successfully in our flagship store.


  • Welcoming all customers to the Global Flagship Store in line with the Burberry behaviours. Giving clear and accurate directions in order to ease the client shopping experience
  • Creating excitement for our customers about our store by delivering both planned and ad-hoc Store Tours
  • Connect daily with Thomas’s Cafe, Customer Services and Sales Colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience for all guests 
  • Elevate the in-store customer experience by ensuring clients are offered refreshments, Taxi’s arranged for VIPs/ Elite clients and organising reservations for them where necessary
    Be aware of all services available to provide customers with a consistent and global luxury experience.
  • Share best practice and knowledge on how to cultivate vital customer relationships
  • Liaise effectively with all store departments to ensure accurate product and service information is cascaded to our customers 
  • Feedback  to management on customer interactions and opportunities to enhance the customer journey, in an effort to support improvements where necessary
  • Present yourself professionally and in line with the Brand image and company grooming guidelines
  • Be the ultimate Brand Ambassador, seen by others as a beacon of the brand and bring to life Burberry’s core values


  • Experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality roles required
  • Excellent written and verbal English. Additional conversational language skills are advantageous
  • Proven ability to drive and maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Strong presentation skills are vital to this position
