JOB PURPOSE

As part of the Global Training team, you will develop material in line with the corporate strategy, branding and direction of the business.

You will support and lead the design, development and graphics of all training material within Fashion, Service, Retail operations, Retail Academy and new strategic projects. Ensuring the consistency of quality and the improvement  across the team whilst introducing new design solutions to enhance training content.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAINING MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT

  • Responsible for developing the design and graphics of all training material across Fashion/Retail Operations/Retail Academy and new strategic projects ensuring the material is on-brand and visually engaging.  

 

  • Own the development of the Quarterly Daily Brief packs and the store management support tools for effective delivery of the  Quarterly training sessions.

 

  • Support the continual improvement and elevation of training materials through reviewing content design/layout and  transferring design skills to team members through teaching sessions.

 

  • Participate in the design and development working sessions of training projects across the Retail Excellence teams, generate ideas and offer design lead solutions.

 

  • Produce design collateral and templates to be used by the training team ensuring the teams are trained to use them

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Fluency in English
  • Highly skilled in all Microsoft Office, Adobe
  • Qualification in Design preferable
  • Demonstrable years experience within a Training/developer  function, preferably in luxury retail
  • Retail background, preferably in luxury
  • Strong Retail business Acumen
  • Confidence and expertise in facilitation
  • Proven experience in developing training material for retail
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build collaborative working relationships
  • Understanding of Fashion/styling
  • Exceptional service mind-set
  • Self motivated & analytical
  • Acute planning skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent personal presentation
