JOB PURPOSE

This is a fantastic opportunity for existing Allocators or Branch Merchandise Assistants to join the Burberry Outlet team. This role will see you execute and communicate Allocation strategies for specific stores & geographical location, to optimise inventory levels and maximise sales & margin by site.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • In partnership with the Senior Allocator, drive the business to ensure maximisation of sales, inventory & stock turn, at combination level.
  • Produce daily/weekly analysis reports.
  • Produce weekly pick forecasts to allow the warehouse and transportation teams to manage their workloads.
  • In partnership with the Senior Allocator, ensure stores get the appropriate stock packages for in-store events, or new store openings.
  • In partnership with the Senior Allocator and Planner, support the forecasting of Outlet inventory position, and the purchasing of key drivers, to be reviewed and signed off by the Director of EMEIA Planning
  • Supports Outlet business strategies by optimising stock clearance opportunities.
  • Supports the Senior Allocators with the achievements of the Allocation strategies.
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Previous Allocation experience is essential
  • Great communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • High degree of numeracy
  • The ability to work well under pressure
